Subscription renewal process

UK & Overseas:
Customer Services is involved in a wide range of activities but our primary responsibility is managing the subscription renewal process for all our services. We ensure the subscription process runs smoothly and that there is no disruption to your service.

Disc dispatch:
We organise the dispatch of our disc services so if you encounter any problems, please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure it is resolved quickly and efficiently.

Nielsen BookData Online access management:
We are also responsible for administering and managing your access to Nielsen BookData Online and other services. This process should run smoothly whether you are taking up a free trial or are a fully paid-up subscriber. Any problems with the service should first be reported to our Help Desk as quickly as possible so we can ensure there is no disruption to your service and therefore your business.
